Spiderweb clearing

*Clearing spider-web* and its alive! Wahaha.. been ages i blogged here. So need to clear the web first, but hey~ its a web-site rite?

Oki, enugh of the craps. Updates on myself - joined NEC as my new company. As you can see i'm quite free now to blog this entry. Haven't met up with the rest of my team members yet as they are all at ICA.

School? still studying and this term module is really a killer - Computer Archieture. The lecturer simply slack, never reply study questions in forum. This paper seem so uncertain for me. Still got 3 more modules before i graud~ can't wait for the day to come.

Usual stuff for BB but trying to push some internet application but its all involves monitoring and participation from the Boys.

BGR? Great! Coming to a year with my girlfriend ler. We simply enjoy times spent together.

Okay~ my mind is quite empty now. No sure wat else i can blog about. So till the next time~ which i hope will be near. heehee

Bangkok Trip 03-06 April 2008

Will be going for an oversea trip after so long~ moreover its going with my 宝贝 and her friends. All pack and ready to go enjoy myself, shall be snapping alot of pictures during out very first trip !

Just finished my term exam last Saturday, hope I'll be able to pass the module as it is said that this is a module that 'kill' half of the students.

Will blog more when i return from the trip, have to settle some admin stuff of my life :p

busy months for Feb & March

Was busy since chinese new year, was occupied with school & work most of the time. Was suppose to update the blog in the mid of feb but too much things had take place and i was lazy to blog any entry :P

Recently had out BB training camp and then was busy with my assignment which i had not ideas what to do while the rest seem like they are able to do it as posts are flying in the course forum. Nevertheless, still gonna work at the assignment till this sunday and start my revision for exam which will take place at the end of this month. April 03 - going thailand with baby!

Shopping Day~

hmm.. went shopping for the past 2 days, fir.. was shopping for my office shoe wear in orchard - wisma.. saw a few pair which is nice but had yet to get it.. should be getting it soon ba, current shoes is tearing soon ler...

Then was shopping @ vivo after her facial at lido. During that hr, i was browsing book on mind-mapping, although ppl will said : "aiya. jux draw a circle in the middle and branches out lah.." seem easy but how do you really use this powerful technique, hope i can teach this skill to the younger ones.

Then we watch a TERRIBLE movie - CloverField!!! PLS DO NOT WATCH IT!!! 
I guess the director aim was to made ppl puke in the theater, there is no storyline, no beginning and definitely no ending!! the whole movie was about 120 min where 128 minutes the camera never stay still! It the worst movie i ever watched, Sorry babe, make you watch such terrible movie :P

WkEnd 18 ~ 20 Jan
Updates!! Just attended my module - Programming Technique and i still not very sure what to revise on!!! Not sure what Fred(Lecture) wanted us to do.. just monkey see monkey do~ hahhaaha.. got to really start studying and do its first assignment :p

After Friday classes which ended slightly late due to the lab session, went down to bugis former "Icon" building which is now call "TopOne KTV" to join my colleagues for sing-a-long session =) Kelvin said its a taiwan concept KTV, indeed it have e concept. Sang songs all the way till 3 am.. shag~ but had enjoy the time there.. although feel abit weird there~ (ho~?) Then it was home-sweet-home. Saturday was another full day of School, we wonder did fred really use the mic on his body ant? Becox we still find him speaking a little bit soft at times~ Nevertheless.. still manage to catch what he trying to said..

After school, it was dinner time! Had dinner at a very nice setting, with nice food, nice ambiance, nice view, nice crew and finally a nice partner which made the dinner complete. Saint Julien - serving traditional french cuisine. The moment i enter the restaurant, the pace seem to slow down and everything around you is so beautiful, as least that's what i felt.

They sure have a wonderful and nice crew, explaining the dishes to you when it lay before you. Of coz with all these wonderful setting, the price is high. But its all worth while to bring a smile to somebody.. =) I will recommend people to at least try the restaurant once, definitely you wouldn't feel regret!

22km ~ been there

went for the standard charted run this mornin, had signed up for the 22km this yr as not much training was done .. dun wanna end up in the ambulance :P

Its was really pack!! no wonder it was e most anticipated running event of the year..
My first ever 22km was done when i passed out from SISPEC in year 2005, where we ran around the whole tekong. Timing then were 2hr 15min, this yr my 22km fro SC were 2hr 35min. The run had tuckered me out very much... when i reach the last 150m. Both leg were beginning to cramp! Luckily i bite my lip and manage to run thru the finishing line.

My salutation to those running who ran for the 41km. *salute

Most encouraging scene of the day: saw a guys whom were on crutches but he still joined us for the 22km run. Think abt it, its not abt stamina, it not abt physical, it all about determination. If he whom are injured can do it, how about you whom are seatin in air-conditional room.. munching away your snack?

Vertical Marathon '07

Had mine first vertical marathon ystd - 11th Nov 2007.
It seem like a dream b4 i really get to stand on the rooftop of swiss'otel. Was anticipating it alot even when i'm in the que for dispatch.. It were really a great experience that ppl should have.. total of 73 step, it were really tiring during the journey but it really pay off at the end.. it an achievement..

Jus finish playin MJ with my mom & sis... sad lah.. lose $20~ think the whole nite i only game less then 5 time!!!
pathetic lah~ nvm this wed tuck and coy comin to play agin.. sure recuperate then hahahaha...

Before i finish work this evening, somthin happen and it really pissed me off...
Was helpin this colleague in debugging this problem that he had. so as usually as him where is the prob , etc... then after checkin it, make some minor changes then i test it in the test envir~ was successfull so i thought "...hey, it mus be some data missing in the test envir ... " So i try to create the data in the envir but keep failing, after said 3 hrs ltr... i ask him again, then another colleagues spotted that i may be lookin @ it wrong file.. ask my frenz.. and he said

Colleague A: "er, why yu look @ this file ??"
anzI: "You tell me to lok @ this file ler.."
Colleague A: "No lah! i nv tell you this file..."
anzI: "wat de~ yu tellin me i had been lookin @ the wrong file for hrs????"

and the conversation carries on...
i immed stand up and walk a few round the office, evy1 heard what were goin on lor.. feel so pissed so i said:

anzI: "I'm going home.."
Colleague A: "er.. but this wan need to slove today ler.."
anzI: "i dun care lah.. i'm goin hm.."
Colleague A: "...."
anzI: "tmr morin then i help yu see lah, hungry liao.. bye~"

Then i left the office... sure evy1 will be pissed rite~ but nvtheless.. its still work.. so ..
Arite, that all for now.. ystd went to sentosa.. enjoy the whole day.. on the hammock =)

24th Birthday
my 24 bdae had juz passed not long ago.. Been long nv celebrate bdae in this manner which i had for this year, it were great. Shld dwell on it tooo much.. sure keep this in my heart~ too bad guys... 掉你的胃口。。。 wahahaaha..

Went work this morning feel great.. reach office i had a heavy lunch which was prepare by some1.. did my job chop chop so that nothin will delay me from leaving as i took half-day @ work =)
Had lunch at 'The Central'.. was suspose to go this fushion jap rest but on the way there was attracted by a ramen shop.. the smell was that great that we decide to eat in there instead. However, it didn't taste that great as i had expected it to be.. so.. yup nxt time go sushi tei~

Then went walk walk .. chit-chat, eat some dessert as it was time to leave for my LCS dinner @ bt batok, super far lor~ then i fell asleep in the cab while on the way.. and the dinner went all the way to 10 plus.. which i eventually reach hm ard 11+..

Sentosa

Were at sentosa ystd, the place had really change since a year ago.. alot of new facilities and building was added. But still, people enjoy their stay there.

Met up with adeline they all @ vivo tram station, initially everything was great, good sunshine, nice people, good crowd and good breakfast.. then it started raining! Gosh, upset man~ lucky it only last for half an hr~ thanks god other ppl are also late... hahaha... So we started with kayaking, and playing volley ball.. glad jieling was there lor.. else i'll be the only loner there as in the morning all couple :/

Then time goes really fast jux by playin.. how i hope the time will be longer, then we finally visited Cafe Del'mar ! Nice place to chill out with but so far away.. cant imagine goin all the way there jux to drink.. hahaha

pissed off

Gosh was so piss off jux nw by my dog. She peep on my carpet infront of me! damn~ i had jux send my carpent for laudry less then 3 mths ago and there she goes again. I had always been caution abt her patrolling in my room; i even gave her the warning of not peeping on my carpet and the next sec.. she did it!

She getting more and more out-of-hand ler. Nw she had been caged by me in the kitchen ler.. not going to let her out for the nite! hmph~ so angry :(

saw a japanese salon on the chi newspaper jux now, decide to have a try since it is in town area. haah made an appointment ler, tml afternoon.. excited =) althought my hair is not really that long lah, cox i can't keep long hair - it will curl..

shag

had a super~ long saturday. It all began last nite where we have our first CCA happy hour! steady ler, had mine first drinking session @ a coffeeshop ystd. hahha.. beside no aircon~ we still had en enjoyable nite.

Then this morning attend a VAL session by the CCAB @ 830am.. thougth i will fall sleep in the aud but manage to stay awake and had gain something from the session ."Its isn't easy to be a VAL oh.."

Then it the marathon meeting - toking about the future of the younger generation. Which jux ended ard 2200hr!
There is only one word to explain my day - "SHAG!!"

hmm.. gonna wake up early tmr to shift my room furniture before going to church =)

went tamp ikea jux nw, brought my new shelves and working desk! cool~ finally i got my new funiture! wahahahahh so happy, spend over $300+ and hence got my ikea frens membership card, 2 yrs. But didnt see much benefits in it :P

Can't wait to get my hand on it but still need to wait for the coming sunday as by the time i got hm already 9 plus lor.. plus i had yet to clear my room for the new funiture.. will post up my before and after image nxt weekend!

went jogging @ Macritchie this morning with kang. Wow.. i'm damn lousy man.. run a short distance and had stitches. and had been stopping alot this morning.. the terrain really test me alot. I thought i had run enough of solid road.. running on trail should not make too much different but i'm worng! totally. I really suck today at running man.. feel so bad ...

Hence i'm goin to make it a monthy event to run @ Macrithcie as much as i can.. cox will need to go in the morning.. usually sat i'll have my CCA and Sun my church.. Nvertheless i'm goin to make it happen!

Then afternoon went dry swimming @ yishun, wow i won $20 dollars todae.. for those we played with me, they will noe that i seldom win. Not because i'm lousy okay~ jux that i always had not luck..

Goint o chill out at a club later! wow been a long time since i let my hair down(although i dun have long hair!) hahaha.... gonna enjoy myself later... nice~

Left office ealier today to meet kang to discuss about about our revamp program project. Quite fruitfull for the nite, we had made plans which we definately hope it will benefits the youths of today. Pray that everything will come into pictures for the good of the Boys.

Once this is done, will look into my personnal website.. saw a domain which look promissing so may take up that offer.. but not goin to do so in this few months.. still quite busy with work, school and CCA. If anyone have any lobang on on activities or equipment do drop me msg. Or best if yu are a christian and like to return to the society by serving as a volunteer for a uniform group organisation, drop me a msg! =)

workout nite

What do ppl usually does on a friday nite?
Go out for a movie
Go out for a steamboat
Go clubbing
Play pool...

Gues what? i went gym eariler on after work! went to fitness First @ paragon with joe and kelvin(my user!). the facilities there was good but it cox alot for its membership, ard $140+/mth. Will only sign up if i have the time for gym else it doesnt worth it =(
then we went river vally that size to grab our dinner, wen to the size restruant. They got a special drink call white/black spider! interesting rite? so i ask the waiter wat was it, here his reply:

waiter: "White spider, we add ice-cream to the sprite then add in spider leg. Its blended inside"
me: "wow~ cool! hw abt the dark spider?"
waiter: "coke with ice-cream but we add in spider head inside!"

for a minute i trusted him and was anxious abt the drink lor, we order both the white/black spider.. when the drink come; its jus sprite/ coke with ice-cream! Damn super dissapointed with it, the waiter fake us! to think i could have a exotic drink for the nite~ biang!

Nevertheless we enjoyed our dinner @ Ichiban Boshi - nice setting they have, with nice food serve. Then we went Harry's for a small drink, chit-chat there and knew each other better. wonderful and relaxin nite we had.. feelin like doing so many thin once shot - go back training for kendo, go travel, take pictures evywhere, learn keyboard, learn dancing, hang ard with frenz... Now i finally understnad why ppl said 24hrs is not enough

a gud break
Going to have a good break from school this term as all the classes are full for the term. Had been studyin since feb this yr and its were really tiring, having to jaggle between work and study. So for those who are still thinkin whether to do a part-time degree; choose wisely, yu need to be discipline! and i'm not! Going to improve on that the next year~

Nvertheless, i'm free now! free to read e book which i had not completed, free to do my fav-playing around with photoshop, free to sleep, free to do some reflective~ blablabla.... i'm free!

anyway my trip to genting this mth end postponed ler, cox sebas having exam.... hmm nvm.. i shall wait.. Then taiwan trip oct end also dunno cfm mah.. until now still no news from the group

Nxt, shld i take up piano lesson now? my keyboard is rottin in my room liao... time to inject some life into it... and soon.. create my own rngtone using GarageBand~

finally over !

My D.Math module is finally over! offically @ 5pm! whoo... been studyin very hard this whole week, even when i'm typin this entry now i'm tryin to kee p myself awake! Later going for MJ sesion ler =) so happy, so long nv relax ler.. hahahah

Soon going to get a new desk for my room, my current desk is too small when the gadget keeps growing. Btw ipod gen.6 is out, it you still have no ideas abt it; its touchable! Yes! now you can touch ur music! dun understand? log on to apple.com to find out more....

late nights

Lookin at the clock, its already 5 past 3am; and here i'm typin this entry. Was studyin for the past few nights for the upcoming D.math paper. Tell myself gonna do better this time round. Pray that the paper wun be so hard X(
anw its only up till this sat where i gonna suffer, sat will be d-day. Was worried about the paper because the first part was very hard to understand. Thanks God the latter part was eaiser!

Apple is coming up with a new ipod this 5th sept! Cant wait to see steve job keynote, he is really a good presenter. There is rumours that the new design gonna be fat with a wide screen, which i hope that will not be true! It jux not apple like design, mac design are always stylish and nice. especially now with their series of iphone designs.

Had not purchase my iLife'08 yet. Gonna wait a while and see if the price were to drop. After i get hold on that i'll be ordering an iphoto album! Which means i'm going to start choosing my photos now =) really can't wait to get my hands on it.

Shears Brigde run '07

Jux finish my 12 km run this moring @ the Bay run. Woke up early in the morin ard 5:30am typically got to drag myself up form the bed. Wash up to refresh my mind so that i can drive dwn to the starting point safetly.. was there ard 6:20am, found a carpark @ stamford building; so lucky but it cost me $4 from 6:30 - 9:am.

Was running alone as my colleagues was late for the run, saw some of my NS frenx whom were regular.. chatted quarter of the way.. hmmm.. saw my former unit! 3GDS this mono look fierce; hopefully they can do us proud next year at the BUC!

Basically didint meet my timming as ard 5km it were already 30 min, stopped running a couple of time.. shall start to train up my momentum for the year end Standard Charter Run.

Got by my CS, i flank! again! Had confident in the paper but ... hiaz.... shld i continue..???

Fri fRi..

ystd was a happy day for me.. had a farewell party for one of my china colleagues who is goin back nxt wk ler... had steam boat @ 重庆火锅 in tanglin shopping center, was my 2nd time there.. still enjoy the food there. The funny part was althought an email had been send out to all abt the address, majority of them still wen to the wrong place! they went tanglin mall instead... so funny.... nxt time mus bring them there with a flag on my hand. =P

Finish our first session ard 2200hrs and headed our way dwn to Boat Quay-All In ktv pub for our drinking session! Seah were there with his colleagues too. And i also saw my NS frenx there! What a small world..

Had drink and play all kinds of guys there, had really enjoyed myself real much. Hope the guys had the same feeling as mine =)
And i manage to get evy1 to sing a song!, except our dear lokesh lah, whom is an Indian, my song was @ the very last where the light was on! Oh Gosh.... lucky i drank acholic before that, boasted my courage ;P

Still waiting for lian fern to pass me the photos she took then sure compile them and send to all..

Next plan was a KTV session this coming Week!!! (^_^)o

staff Conference

Attend my very first staff conference in 'THE ROCK' @ suntec this late afternoon. A handful of us went down from the NEA building ard 3:30pm. Need to scan our cards as our attendance when we reaches there, wonder they will give free gift ant! hahhaah... anw saw alot of ppl there, nv knew SCS got so many ppl also.. then met up with huifen and lokesh group.. the rest of the lunch kaki was getting prepare for the parapara sakura dance!

Heard what our CEO got to said about the vision he had for SCS.. they show a visualize of a high storey SCS! using photoshop of course and it really seem nice! but dun think i'll stay long enough to see the building ! And he went on about how to be a happy company.. the conference ended off with the dance competition and there was a salsa dance which i felt it was cool... hmmm... should i join elosie for the dance class???

gonna watch my simpson movie liao.. bye!
